Finance Department & Billing

The Finance Department and Water & Sewer Billing Office manages all customer accounts for water and sewer services, oversees billing and payments, and processes accounts payable for the Borough. The department also assists residents with establishing, transferring, or closing water and sewer service.

The Finance Department Is Responsible For:

  • Water and Sewer Billing
  • Processing Water/Sewer Payments
  • Establishing New Service or Transferring Existing Service
  • Managing Borough Accounts Payable
  • Assisting Residents With Billing Questions and Account Updates

Residents may visit the department to make payments, update account information or request changes to service.

Service & Payment Options

Payments for water and sewer bills may be made in person at the Finance Department between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Additional payment options include:

  • Online payment can be made through the following link: hburgpa.authoritypay.com.
  • After-Hours Drop Box located at the rear of the Municipal Building on the alley side (drive-up slot).

Office Location

The Finance Department / Water & Sewer Billing Office is located on the First Floor of the Municipal Building, to the Right of the Entrance Lobby.

Department Staff

The Finance Department is staffed by Crystal Snyder and Stacy Wert, who manage customer billing, assist residents with water and sewer service needs, and provide support for all financial inquiries.
