Blight Committee Looking for Volunteers!: The Borough is seeking resident volunteers to serve on the Borough's Blight Committee.  Members will be appointed in 2024 and serve the remainder of the year, then continue to serve a three year term.  Please complete a Volunteer Interest Form and return to the Borough's Manager Office. The Director of Community Facilities and Water Operations is Rick Pope. This department is responsible for highway maintenance in the Borough, collection of yard waste, snow and ice removal, public parks' maintenance, and the maintenance of the storm sewer facilities. They will also maintain the water distribution system and be responsible for the maintenance of the sewer collection system.

Mr. Jim Hoover is assistant to Mr. Pope.
