Blight Committee Looking for Volunteers!: The Borough is seeking resident volunteers to serve on the Borough's Blight Committee. Members will be appointed in 2024 and serve the remainder of the year, then continue to serve a three year term. Please complete a Volunteer Interest Form and return to the Borough's Manager Office. Hollidaysburg Municipal Building The Finance Department/Water and Sewer Billing Office is located on the first floor of the Municipal Building to the right of the entrance lobby. This department is responsible for water and sewer billing, new water and sewer service and accounts payable. Sarah Crist and Stacy Wert work in this department.

Payments for your water and sewer bill may be made at the Finance Department from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM as well as sign up for or transfer water/sewer service. Payments can also be made online at the borough web site at www.Hollidaysburgpa.org. If paying after hours, payments may be dropped into the drive-up slot at the rear of the borough building on the alley side.
